Bespoke ASP.NET assessment platform with a SQL Server backend, hosted on Azure. I've handled functional changes, cloud migrations, .NET and SQL Server version upgrades, performance work, security remediation, and day-to-day bug fixes and data requests, with the codebase managed in Azure DevOps.

BIM compliance SaaS built on Umbraco with a .NET-based validation engine. I handle the full technical build: CMS, validation engine, infrastructure on AWS.

Migrated an existing Umbraco 7 site to new hosting and provided ongoing support and maintenance until it was retired and replaced.

Umbraco build for South East Water, working with LDA Design on the visual side. I covered the full technical build: front-end markup, Umbraco structure, bespoke macros and provided ongoing monthly support for several years.

Two related sites sharing a single product database, with custom modules to display and edit the shared catalogue across both.
Nick has a rare blend of exemplary technical ability, combined with strong communication skills. He handles change requests without complaint and regularly contributes helpful suggestions for ways to improve our systems. His project deliveries are always within defined timescales and he has never once gone over agreed budgets. Although Nick works freelance, he feels like part of our team.
Throughout the development project Nick provided excellent technical direction and support to the whole team, naturally stepping into the technical lead role when required.
